Morning Normal skin Regime

• Cleanse once in the morning with 1 x pea sized amount of Dr Leah Foaming cleanser

• Mix with generous amount of tepid water to create foam/lather

• Leave on skin for 10 seconds to ensure deep cleanse

• Use a copious amount of water to rinse off, ensuring no Dr Leah Foaming Cleanser remains

• Thoroughly Dry skin

• Use 2 x Pea sized amount of Dr Leah Facial Moisturiser for full face and Neck application

• Can also be applied throughout day if additional moisture is required

Evening Normal skin Regime

• Cleanse once in the evening with a pea sized amount of Dr Leah Foaming Cleanser

• Mix with generous amount of tepid water to create foam/lather

• Use a copious amount of water and rinse off, ensuring no Dr Leah Foaming Cleanser remains

• Double cleanse in the evening if you wear makeup throughout the day

• Thoroughly Dry skin

• Use 2 x Pea sized amount for a full face and Neck application

• You can apply an extra pea sized amount of the Dr Leah Facial moisturiser in the evening if required

• Apply half an hour before you intend to sleep to ensure Dr Leah Facial Moisturiser has absorbed into skin and to avoid wastage
